UN Mission of Japan

The Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations has signed a 50,000+ square-foot lease at 605 Third avenue. The Japanese Mission will be moving out of its current offices at 866 United Nations in early 2019.

Brookfield Place Complex

Brookfield Property Partners has signed two new tenants to the Brookfield Place complex. The first tenant will be MDRC, a nonprofit research organization, will be occupying 55,000-square-feet of space and is moving from 16 East 34th Street. The second new tenant is IQVIA, a company that uses data analytics to assist healthcare companies create innovative patient solutions. IQVIA will occupy the 13th and 15th floor.

Zar Group at 1450 Broadway

The Zar Group has signed 3 new tenants at 1450 Broadway. The first tenant is Insight Enterprises. Insight Enterprises will occupy the entire 21st floor. The second is FCI Furniture Consultants, planning to occupy the entire 25th floor. The last is BNB Bank, who continue will occupy the entire 37th floor.

Morningside Translations

Morningside Translations, a language service provider, has signed an early leave extension with Kaufman Organization at 450 Seventh Avenue. Morningside Translations will continue to occupy the entire 10th floor of the building, but will now have the ability to make any upgrades to the company’s space.

Dailymotion

Dailymotion will be consolidating its team onto the entire 10th floor at 50 West 23rd Street, subleasing the space from SoundCloud.

McDermott Will & Emery

Law firm, McDermott Will & Emery has signed a 100,000+ square-foot lease at the planned skyscraper, One Vanderbilt Avenue. The firm inked a 20 year deal and construction on the building is said to be completed in 2020.
