What’s buzzing for the top bird in office moving in New York City?
In addition to commercial moving work for such longstanding clients as JPMorgan Chase & Co., Citibank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, we recently relocated the office of a leading producer of digital content, Buzzfeed
This is the second commercial move in New York City that we completed successfully for the popular digital publisher, which was founded in 2006 by Jonah Peretti and John S. Johnson III and is responsible for such articles as “100 Pictures That’ll Make You Pee Yourself Laughing.” It spanned an entire week and involved moving almost 500 people from the company’s offices at 225 Park Avenue South to its offices at 233 Park Avenue South.
During the move project, we handled the disassembly and reassembly of several conference rooms, as well as the packing and unpacking of storage closets. We also handled the disconnect and reconnect services for computer equipment.
In total, we safely relocated a dozen truckloads for Buzzfeed in this office move. Perhaps the most famous item moved was the below dress. Maybe you’ve seen it before. What color do you think it is?
