This weekend was a very busy weekend for Eagle Transfer. We conducted two large building to building office moves and 5 large internal commercial relocation. The move highlighted below is a building to building office relocation we did for Milbank Tweed! This is the first phase of the move, Eagle Transfer will be completing the rest of the move later this year to relocate Milbank Tweed to Hudson Yards.
Friday night we moved 200 back office personnel from 28 Liberty Street to 33 Whitehall. The move involved receiving all of Milbank Tweed’s new computer and IT equipment into our warehouse storage facility and redelivering it to 33 Whitehall. With hard work from 3 project managers, 3 trucks and a full staff of senior movers, Eagle Transfer relocated 200 employees into 2 newly constructed floors at 33 Whitehall. After the main relocation of Friday night, the job was not done. On Saturday project managers and movers returned to 33 Whitehall to complete post move work and ensure everything was placed properly for a seamless transition back to work on Monday for all Milbank Tweed employees!
