We offer COVID-safe office moving, including office packing and unpacking services. Our trained and skilled employees adhere to all safety protocols, like wearing masks when inside your office space, maintaining social distancing of 6’ whenever possible, sanitizing hands and taking other precautions throughout moving day.
What’s your plan? As a business owner or office manager, first you’ll need a moving plan. Will you allow your employees to come to the office to pack their desks, offices and personal belongings? When you hire Eagle Transfer, to do your packing, our movers wear masks and gloves, and wash and sanitize their hands frequently throughout the pack-up. We never recycle packing materials or boxes – all materials will be clean and unused. Our staff will take care of everything – from breaking down cubicle walls to packing computers and other tech equipment carefully and thoughtfully, including all necessary cables and peripherals. We’ll work with the office manager to label individual boxes based on cubicle/office location, and get them to the right spot in the new location, or into storage as needed.
We’ll even help pack up your office kitchen area – moving tables and chairs, refrigerators, microwaves and safely packing up dishes and glassware.
Where are we going? After you’ve signed the lease on your new office space, Eagle Transfer will get you there. Our experienced drivers know the best routes around the city – and are expert at navigating large vehicles through the city’s tight tunnels and bridges. Tolls will be included as part of your contract. We cover commercial moving throughout all of Manhattan, the Boroughs and some areas of New Jersey.
Safe keeping. If you’ve decided to move to an entirely remote model, we also offer office storage solutions for office furniture, file cabinets, refrigerators, computers, printers, scanners, cubicles and more.
