This week we would like to focus on a commercial move we did for Eli Lilly back in October! Early in October Eli Lilly was moving a large lab to Canton, Massachusetts. Although we typically focus on moves within the tri-state, we are always willing to help customers move out of the city to near by states!
This move required Eagle Transfer to pack lab equipment for 5 days. The lab equipment we packed and relocated consisted of Bio Safety Cabinets, Incubators, Minus 80 Freezers, Centrifuges, Deli Refrigerators Microscopes, Analog Vortex mixer, Magnetic Stir Plate and misc. bench top equipment. All Eagle Transfer movers assigned to this job went through a detailed training to insure they were properly handling and packing all lab equipment!
All of the equipment was sent in shuttles to Eagle Transfer’s warehouse in Secaucus, New Jersey. After everything was received in the warehouse, it was sent to Canton in trailers. The move was a great success, check out photos from the time spent packing the lab equipment below.
