With the official start of spring just a few weeks away, now’s the perfect time to get out and explore the Big Apple! This weekend offers much to see and do, especially for art lovers. It also offers he perfect opportunity to explore food fairs and some of the city’s top parks. Here’s just a quick look at some of the things to see and do in NYC this weekend!

Art on Paper

This art fair feature artworks created from paper, not just on it. From 3D sculptures made out of paper to drawings to photos and everything else in between, this unique art show is not to be missed. Takes place at Pier 36 in Lower Manhattan.

ADAA: The Art Show

The annual art show sponsored by the Art Dealers Association of America is always a must-see for art fans. Artwork from galleries and solo artists can be found here at the Park Avenue Armory at 643 Park Avenue in Manhattan.

Spring/Break Art Show

Since 2011, this offbeat art show has dazzled New Yorkers and visitors alike. Those with a taste for quirky art should head on over to 4 Times Square in Midtown Manhattan for an unforgettable time.

SCOPE New York

This fun art fair features emerging artists and art galleries making their first major art show debut. The event takes place over at the Metropolitan Pavilion in Chelsea. Head on over for a great time!

New York City’s favorite food festival continues, offering everything from desserts to arepas to poke and much more! For food lovers around NYC, Smorgasburg is always a must. Join the fun at One Hanson Place in Brooklyn.

Explore Battery Park 

With winter finally winding down, it’s a great time to get out and explore New York City’s parks and public spaces. Historic Battery Park, located at the tip of Lower Manhattan, offers much to see and do. Explore the historic Castle Clinton, discover the many memorials, monuments and statues throughout the park or just stroll along the scenic Battery Park City Esplanade nearby.
